Fall in New England and Canada…A Spinner’s Color Paradise — 2 Comments

  1. I am looking to join a spinning workshop. You were teaching at Wisconsin Sheep and Wool festival this summer and I really enjoyed your class. I hope you might have a group of students that I can add to. Or do you do private workshops or will you be teaching someplace else. Please let me know. I need help with the tension and improving my spinning skills. Look forward to hearing from you.

    • Hi, Deborah! Thanks so much for reaching out to me! I don’t currently have any beginning spinning workshops scheduled here at my place or elsewhere at this time. Although I will be teaching all four days at the WI Sheep & Wool Festival again. A different option you might enjoy would be attending one of my spinners’ retreats. As long as I know you’ve attended the WI Sheep & Wool class, you “qualify” to attend a retreat and I’d be happy to give you some coaching there. I have one in the spring (near Duluth MN) and one in the fall (In Middleton WI). For complete information, visit my upcoming events page: https://fibergarden.com/events/. You would be very welcome…and all the other spinners would inspire you too. We love “early-career” spinners! I have two spaces remaining for the upcoming spring retreat. I haven’t yet opened registrations for the fall event, but all the details are on the events page.
