Workshop Pre-registration
NOTE: This form is for indicating your
interest in a workshop that a) has not yet had dates scheduled, b) you are
unable to make the scheduled date and would like to be notified when additional
dates are scheduled for the workshop of your interest. If you wish to
register for a workshop that has scheduled dates, please
register here. Thank you!
There
are two convenient ways to pre-register for workshops: 1) You may download the
form below and send or fax it to The Fiber Garden
OR
2) You may pre-register on-line by
completing the registration form below. When
enough registrations have been received, you will be contacted regarding
workshop dates. Once dates are confirmed, a non-refundable deposit will be
due to confirm your space in the class.
Deposits. The
following deposits will be requested after class dates are confirmed. Students
will be contacted with payment instructions. Weekend workshops: $35
Day-long Workshops: $25 Evening Workshops: Full workshop fee. Thanks for understanding that deposits are
non-refundable except in the case of a workshop cancellation.
Lunch. Lunch for full day classes is "on-your-own". Bring a bag lunch or take a break to one of the nearby restaurants. Beverages will be available for purchase.
Lodging. If you are in need of lodging, please indicate this when you pre-register. A list of local lodging options will be forwarded to you.
Workshop Confirmation.
You
will receive a confirmation e-mail from Deb when your pre-registration has been received.
